an explanation

Tue Jul 7, 2009, 12:51 AM
hi friends,

i thought that it was time to explain why i have been just about totally inactive & slow in responding to you all in recent months.

my father died last december. so, it's been a very painful & strange time for all the family .......... especially my mother.

he was a brave guy in life & death! i'm still learning from him............. i still can't believe that i'm unable to say, "hey dad, what do you think about ........". but then again, i still do .... in a different way.

give your friends & family big hugs & tell them that you love them.

I agree, they are, especially in winter. If you catch a couple of them in mid flight off their nests, that's what I call a perfect photo
Thanks, Peter!
